    1. How do I place an order?

    Orders can be placed directly on our website. If you are unable to process an order on www.sewbanana.com, please send an email to info@sewbanana.com for assistance.

    2. How do you sell your fabric, laces and ribbons?

    We sell them by 50 cm. So, if you want for example 1,5 meter, you must select 3!

    3. Do I have to sign up to be able to order?

    No, you don’t have to sign up at all!

    4. What if I need to cancel or change my order?

    If you want to add to your order, please place a separate order and select ‘add to existing order’ at the shipping option. This will option will only show up, if the first order has not been shipped. So, please don’t take too long!

    We can only cancel your order, if it has not been shipped yet!

    For product return instructions, please visit our Return Policy. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the product price and tax or processing fees will be issued to your account in approximately 1 to 3 weeks. Please note, fabric, laces, ribbons and similar items which were cut to your ordered amount CANNOT be returned.

    5. What payment methods can I use?

    You may pay for your order with cash on delivery (UAE only) or PayPal. Credit card payment option will be added soon!

    6. Can I save items in my shopping bag for purchase at a later date?

    Yes. If you are logged into your account, you will be able to Save for Later any item that is in your shopping bag. However, inventory for items is not held, so no guarantees for availability can be made for items saved in your shopping bag.

    7. Is there free shipping?

    Yes, for all orders above 200 DHS within the UAE! Otherwise, there is 25 DHS shipping charge.

    8. How long does the shipping take?

    We ship the next working day (Saturday to Thursday). If you live in the UAE you will receive your shipment usually within the next 1-3 days.

    9. Can I return items?

    We accept returns within 14 days after you receive the item. Returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
    Please note, that you must bear the shipping cost for your returns.
    Any fabric, ribbons, laces, or other such items, which were cut specially for you in your preferred amount, cannot be returned!
    Your payment will be refunded in your chosen payment method. If you paid by cash on delivery, you will receive your payment as a voucher for your next purchase.
    For all product return instructions, please visit our Return Policy. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit for the product price and tax or processing fees will be issued to your account in approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

    10. How do I receive notifications when new fabric is added to the store?

    Sign up to the mailing list and you will be the first to know about new arrivals!

    11. Can I order samples?

    Not at the moment.

    12. The colors of my item are not exactly like the picture, why?

    Unfortunately it is very difficult to get the exact same color shades on a picture. So, it might happen, that the colors will be slightly different because of the camera settings, but also because of your monitor settings.
